Impress® Press Fit System

Yes. The Impress® system is engineered for demanding conditions. Standard Impress can withstand pressures up to 40 bar depending on tube diameter, while Impress Large Bore supports pressures up to 25 bar and is designed for increased flow capacity. Both ranges operate efficiently across a wide temperature span from –20°C to 200°C. For systems operating above 16 bar, appropriate safety control measures should be in place as advised by our technical department.

Both systems use the same high-quality 316L stainless steel and 2 level press fit technology. The main difference is in size and application.

Impress® covers smaller to mid-size diameters (15–108 mm) and is rated for pressures up to 40 bar, making it ideal for high pressure services.
Impress® Large Bore extends the range to 140 mm and 168 mm, designed for projects that require higher flow rates. It handles pressures up to 25 bar across a wide temperature range, providing the same installation speed and reliability at larger scale.

The Impress® range, including Large Bore, uses proven press fit technology with a simple 5 step process that makes installations up to 10 times faster than conventional welding. No welding, hot works, or special expertise are required, which makes the system safer, easier and more convenient to install. Press fit also eliminates the need for consumables, reducing costs and offering a more eco friendly solution.
